For three consecutive days, from May 15 to 17, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wafaa will guide you through the essential steps to create an engaging and transformative yoga session. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this challenge is designed to support you in exploring your creativity and your passion for yoga.
