This is the opportunity to be accompanied to initiate your first session!
15 hours of intensive training on the principle of sun salutation, accompanied by Marion Perrier , recognized Yoga Alliance trainer and training manager at SSCS Training.
You will understand the mechanics, will know how to guide it, and give instructions.
3 steps in 7 days : Understand, experiment & transmit!
The course of the challenge:
1) A 1 hour video session every day from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.2) Unlimited access to the training platform (training videos on postures, teaching methods, greetings, etc.)
3) An educational sheet after each session
4) A WhatsApp group to exchange between participants of the challenge
5) The objective: You will be in a position to lead a video sun salutation sequence with other participants
6) A 15h Intensive Training Certificate
7) A draw during the last session, among the participants in the entire challenge => to win 1 year of training for the Yoga Teacher Diploma , certified 200 hours by Yoga Alliance International.
