During two intense days, participants had the unique opportunity to meet renowned experts and share their knowledge with other sports enthusiasts. Sports coaches, trainers, physical trainers and physiotherapists came together in a setting conducive to learning and collaboration.

An in-depth exploration of performance issues

The objectives were clear: to offer participants concrete tools to make a difference in their professional practice. Thanks to the quality interventions led by recognized experts, everyone left with a more precise and global vision of sports training, ready to put the lessons learned into practice.

Tuesday, May 21

Our speakers

Olivier Verraver
Monitoring athletes at the international level in tennis, field hockey, motocross, climbing, running. Monitoring of athletes at national level in swimming, golf, football, badminton.

Frank Ropers
Martial arts specialist and physical trainer, former high-level athlete.

Stéphane Fangille
Holder of a master's degree in STAPS, NASM Certified and NASM trainer and physical preparation referent at SSCS Training, EBOAS kinesporte physical preparation graduate.

Sébastien Lopez
Football physical trainer for 20 years. S&C Coach. Passed by numerous professional clubs, including AS Monaco FC, Paris SG and Olympique Marseille.

Florian Bailleux
Experienced physical trainer, having worked in prestigious professional clubs such as US Boulogne, USJA Carquefou and RC Strasbourg Alsace, notably as responsible for the physical preparation of the professional team for 9 years, with seasons in different divisions such as National, Ligue 2 and Ligue 1.

A seminar under the sign of practice, exchange and kindness

Participants were able to benefit from a dynamic seminar with practical sessions in the weight room and on the outdoor field, group work, and moments of sharing with their peers and experts. This immersion made it possible not only to acquire valuable knowledge but also to create a solid network of sports training enthusiasts.
